EXCELSIOR, MN – April 6, 2022 – INNOVATION PARTNERS LLC today announced the appointment of Grace DiBonaventura Beyer, Executive Director, Market Research and Kayla Thomas, Executive Assistant, in April of 2022.
Grace DiBonaventura Beyer comes to Innovation Partners with 30+ years of pharmaceutical and healthcare research experience with 15 years experience focused in oncology, hematology, and rare disease therapies. Through her previous roles at HRA/MJH Life Sciences, Kantar Health and Adelphi Research, she has worked with countless pharmaceutical and biotech companies within both the US and Global markets.
Grace brings extensive qualitative, quantitative, and multivariate experience in real-world/health outcomes and commercial pharmaceutical research across a wide range of therapeutic categories and a broad range of stakeholder groups. Grace holds undergraduate degrees from St. Joseph’s University, PA, and Villanova University, PA, and an M.B.A from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Grace was born and raised (and continues to live in) Philadelphia and enjoys gardening, escape rooms, and travel.
Kayla Thomas holds over 12 years of administrative experience in supporting roles including tending to the needs of high-profile executives. Kayla is adept at organization, scheduling, event planning, project management, research, and a variety of other tasks.
Kayla was born and raised in Orange County, CA and will be graduating with her Associates Degree in the Spring of 2022; she is working towards pursuing continuing education opportunities. Kayla enjoys organizing and creating color-coordinated spreadsheets and spending time with her husband and young son.
