Prescribers and payers often seek clarification of on-label issues. The ability to address objections from customers on topics that arise often and on less frequent but challenging or difficult to address questions separate the weak encounters from the strong and can impact confidence in decisions regarding product use/ product coverage and the opportunity for continued discussions, dialogue, and future concerns that arise.
IP will work closely with the medical team as well as regional and district sales managers, to identify important topics and questions that have come up. Those questions that are more challenging can be identified, and internal agreement on how MSLs and sales team members should respond can be achieved.
This FAQ/DAQ document can be continuously updated as new issues are brought to the forefront. Training sessions can also be provided on how to use this live document and how to recommend modifications to keep in up to date to what is being experienced in the field.
